Founded by three outdoor specialists, Shenzhen Frontlong Technology was built from decades of real-world trail experience and cross-border industry insight.
Two of our co-founders bring over 15 years of end-to-end outdoor product expertise. They specialize in designing visual styling and structural builds for outdoor apparel, tents and camping gear, with deep hands-on experience serving offline retailers and cross-border sellers across Europe, North America and Southeast Asia. They understand exactly what global distributors and independent outdoor brands look for, as well as the real frustrations everyday outdoor enthusiasts face out on the trail.
Our third co-founder holds more than 20 years of experience in electromechanical design, portable power tech and international trade rollout. He leads R&D for outdoor digital accessories, with mastery of new material validation, structural engineering, global compliance standards and streamlined cross-border supply chains. This expertise builds a solid technical foundation, enabling all our smart electric outdoor gear to pass overseas regulatory checks without complication.
A love for remote mountain hiking and extended wilderness expeditions is the shared passion uniting our three founders.
Over the years, we’ve trekked through some of the harshest landscapes on Earth. Domestically, our routes cover Everest’s glacial terrain, the wind-blasted Ngari badlands, the vast Taklamakan Desert, damp woodlands of western Sichuan, rainy southern mountain ranges, and salt-laden coastal zones around Xisha.
Internationally, we’ve explored the Alps, Mexican arid plains, Andean river valleys, and cold boreal forests across Northern Europe.
We've put dozens of mainstream outdoor gear ranges through rigorous on-location testing in brutal conditions: freezing subzero temperatures, scorching heat, raging sandstorms, persistent high humidity and corrosive salt spray. Time and again, we observed critical flaws in durability and comfort that plague mass-market outdoor gear.
Years of rigorous backcountry field testing revealed persistent design flaws inherent to most mass-produced outdoor gear.
