Minimum order quantity is calculated per SKU. Quantities of different sizes, colors or configurations cannot be combined to meet the MOQ requirement. Trial order terms apply only to your initial cooperation with us. 1. Standard compact outdoor items (trekking poles, water bottles, backpacks, flashlights, outdoor lighters, portable cooling fans, stainless steel outdoor tableware sets): regular MOQ of 500 pieces per SKU. Trial orders of 200 pieces per SKU are available for first-time partners. 2. Softshell & hardshell jackets, outdoor trousers, camping tents, tarps, folding tables and chairs, outdoor lighting equipment and binoculars: regular MOQ of 300 pieces per SKU. Trial orders of 100 pieces per SKU are available for new clients. 3. Camping utility carts: regular MOQ of 200 pieces per SKU. Trial orders of 80 pieces per SKU are available for new clients. 4. Large family tents, 4-season professional tents and high-power portable power stations: MOQ and quotation are subject to separate discussion.

Lead time starts upon receipt of your deposit, for standard white-label orders without major custom modifications: 1. Standard compact outdoor items (trekking poles, water bottles, backpacks, flashlights, outdoor lighters, portable cooling fans, stainless steel outdoor tableware sets): 25-35 working days. 2. Softshell & hardshell jackets, outdoor trousers, camping tents, camping tarps, folding tables and chairs, outdoor lighting equipment and binoculars: 35-45 working days. 3. Camping utility carts: 40-50 working days. 4. Large family tents, 4-season professional tents and high-power portable power stations: Lead time will be confirmed through separate discussion.

We charge a basic cost fee for in-stock standard samples. Shipping fees are covered by the buyer, and freight collect is available. Once you place a bulk order that meets our MOQ requirement, the full sample fee will be credited against your bulk order payment.

Absolutely. We provide full white-label & private labeling services. Multiple logo finishing options are available, including screen printing, laser engraving and embroidery. We can also customize eco-friendly paper boxes or EVA storage cases in line with your brand guidelines. Besides, we may develop distinctive limited co-branded editions upon discussion, subject to client intentions and partnership scale.

Our standard payment term is T/T: 50% deposit before mass production, and the remaining 50% balance to be settled before shipment. For long-term & stable partners, flexible alternative payment arrangements are available upon discussion to support your capital turnover.

Our default terms are EXW and FOB Shenzhen. If you require our logistics service, our team can coordinate the whole shipment. We also support CFR, CIF, DAP, DPU and DDP upon request.
